The Wilmington Apartment Association exists to promote the professionalism, education, career development and pro-active legislative efforts to benefit owners, investors, residents and association members in our territories.

Your membership with the WAA is a solid investment for your profession, your company, and the apartment industry. We are dedicated to promoting and advancing the needs of the apartment industry in this market.

Our members include apartment communities, apartment owners/management companies, suppliers and vendors, and professionals right here in Southeast NC.

Apartment Community

We now offer a Membership to Management Companies.  

The Management Company membership is a solution for Regionals and Executives to keep their expenses for their own education and networking separated from the budgets from those on-site. This is also a great membership option for local companies that manage single family homes!

  • Quarterly Regional Roundtable Events!
