Cancellation Policy

Education, Event & Sponsorship Cancellation Policy:

It is the policy of WAA that registration for education, events & sponsorship offerings will be refunded if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Education Registration Cancellation:
• Registration for a Designation Class (Requiring pre-purchase of materials): Cancellation will be required prior to Association’s Purchase of Materials (Typically 30 days prior to class) to receive a full refund.
• Registration for General Class: Registration can be cancelled (2) two week prior to the class and receive a full refund.
• Registrations can also be transferred to another member of Registrant’s Company.
• Event Registration Cancellation:
• Registrations can also be transferred to another member of Registrant’s Company.
• Registrations can be cancelled (1) one week prior to the event and receive a full refund. 
• Sponsorship Registration Cancellation:
• Due to Marketing for Sponsorships beginning immediately at the time of registration, all Sponsorships are non-refundable.
